Assisted Catering:
This service employs only the chef for the event, and is an aid for the host to have some professional advice,
speed and organization for an event that they themselves would like credit for.
The event is billed the same as a catered event, but with only one employee. Food is charged on a per head basis,
and service for the event is billed at $35/hr for the single person helping (only for time of service during the event)
with a estimated four hour minimum ($140.00). The Chef will not serve alcohol.
The client is expected to take care of any needed rentals unless otherwise agreed upon.

Catering:
Catering is the same as above, but each additional employee needed will be billed to the client at $35/hr
with a four hour minimum. In addition, rentals will be procured by A Muse Bouche at the rate of 20% over cost,
and since alcohol will be served by the company as well, it too will be billed at 20% over cost,
as a temporary rental of AMB liability insurance.

Wine Dinners/Farmers Dinners:

These events will be billed as a per-head charge, and may vary depending on the services offered.

Ninja Chef Service:
Ninja Chef Service is billed hourly, at the standard rate of $35/hour.
Food, rentals and alcohol, if acquired by AMB will be billed at 20% above cost.

Menu Planning and Party Organization:
Billed as hourly at a rate of $30/hr, at the location of the clients choice.

Room Service:
Room service will depend on the difficulty of preparation, and will be billed at a minimum of $100/head,
plus delivery and set-up time, at the rate of $35/hour. Alcohol procured by AMB will be billed at 20% above cost.
This service will be available to come to anywhere a client is staying, from hotel rooms to condominiums to houses.

Personal Chef Service:
This service is not yet available as a continuing weekly service but as a one time event, billed at standard rates of:
$200 for 8 entrees with appropriate sides ($25/entree)
$250 for 12 entrees with appropriate sides ($20.84/entree)
$300 for 16 entrees ($18.75/entree)
$325 for 20 entrees (16.25/entree)
$360 for 24 entrees ($15.00/entree)
$425 for 32 entrees ($13.30/entree)
These prices are in addition to the cost of groceries.
For new clients, there is a one-time fee for storage containers billed at $75 for Tupperware or $125 for sealable glass dishes.
The client is encouraged to use these dishes each time, for no additional charge.

Culinary Coaching Lessons or Cooking Parties:
These events are billed at $30/person per hour, and are recommended not to exceed 12 people.
This price is reflective of the standard cooking class at an onsite location (a class at Sur La Table averages $65/person and lasts typically 1.5-2 hours, for example.)
The 12 person maximum is not a rule, per se, but both Zachary and A Muse Bouche feel that more than 12 people
attending will push the ability of the chef to give attention as needed to each individual.
Cost of food is in addition to above prices.

Team Building:
Corporate team building exercises are billed at $25/head per hour,
the cost of food in included in this charge, to make billing easy for the client.
Events (like "Iron Chef" or team classes with active participation) must be scheduled
at least two weeks in advance.

with discounted rates being offered depending on the number of classes purchased in advance.
